Kenneth Reddick
Ken Reddick’s path to leadership at Summit Contracting is anything but traditional. Originally from California, Ken began his career in the restaurant industry as a sushi chef and business owner. In 2013, he made a bold transition to construction, joining Summit with little more than a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Over the years, he gained deep, hands-on experience in agricultural construction and earned the trust of his team through consistency, grit, and follow-through.
Today, Ken serves as Operations Director of Shared Services, where he oversees critical functions behind the scenes that help keep Summit’s job sites and crews running smoothly. From process improvement and logistics to internal support and team coordination, Ken plays a vital role in making sure projects stay on track and teams have what they need to succeed.
Known for his quick wit and humor, Ken brings energy and perspective to the workplace. He has a knack for lifting spirits and keeping things light, even when the pressure is on. His ability to balance leadership with levity makes him a respected and approachable presence across the company.
Ken lives in Platte, South Dakota with his wife Chelsie and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and sharing his sushi making skills with the local community.
